AO HOUSE - PRAKKA Base Camp

Calm and Convinient

Pros: Everything provided. Host very kind to assist. Lovely tiny house for four adults, kitchen well equipped. Located few km from Chamonix centre. Likely small garden after step out from house.

Prakka base camp was an excellent first base for the TMB

Pros: The stay at Prakka base camp was excellent. The flat was spacious and well equipped. There were even a few games to play in the evening. There was a good view out the kitchen and living room windows. The location is very good. It is perhaps a 5 min walk to the Bellevue cable car which provided us excellent access to hike the TMB and would be easy access for other hikes in summer. or skiing in winter. The village has a good grocery store and bakeries nearby as well. Victor was very helpful and allowed us to store some extra luggage with him for a few days. We really could not have been more satisfied.

Cons: Everything was great.

Convenient ski apartment in Les Houches

Pros: The host Victor was easy to communicate with and very friendly both before and during our stay. The location is super convenient, within a short walk from a grocery store, pharmacy, a couple restaurants, the bus to Chamonix, and the Bellevue cable car for Les Houches ski area. You get a discount for renting equipment from the ski shop next door. The unit itself was comfortable and cozy and even had a locker to store skis and boots. The kitchen was well equipped.

Cons: The bathrooms are tiny with small sinks that are a bit annoying to use to do stuff like shaving.

Pros: 貸し主のビクターがとっても親切でした。モンブラン観光に来て、長めに滞在する人にはお薦めです。山小屋に泊まっている気分が味わえます。 Victor ist sehr nett, die Wohnung hat alles was man in einem Urlaub braucht. Mein Sohn hat eine französische Sprachschule in les Houches besucht und ich habe in der Wohnung HomeOffice gemacht. Das hat gut funktioniert :) Von den Wohnzimmer- und Küchen-Fenster her sieht man Bergen. Mal über Nebel, mal der Gipfel in der Sonne. Das war sehr schön.

Cadre exceptionnel et lieux très chaleureux

Pros: Localisation top 15mn de Chamonix Le chalet est hyper confort et bien chauffé Les propriétaires sont adorables

Cons: RAS tout était parfait

Pros: Muy bien equipado, limpio, bonito y el dueño muy amable

Escapade aux Houches

Pros: Très bel emplacement pour ce logement.Proprietaires très sympathiques . Très calme malgré la proximité de la route. Très bon rapport qualité/prix . Petit extérieur appréciable. Literie confortable.

Cons: On aurait apprécié avoir un micro ondes.

Bien

Pros: Se trata de un apartamento pequeño pero extremadamente confortable en la zona de comedor-estar. La habitación con cama doble está bien pero la de dos camas queda un poco justa. Los baños muy pequeños, aunque la ducha es de lujo. No hay casi espacio para guardar la ropa. El apartamento queda bajo el nivel de la calle y para acceder a él hay una estrecha escalera exterior, lo que puede ser un inconveniente si se lleva mucho equipaje o se tiene movilidad reducida. Parking privado justo al lado. Recomendable para pasar dos o tres días. A remarcar la calidez y el confort de la zona estar-comedor.

Cons: No hay casi espacio para guardar la ropa. El pequeño armario de la habitación con cama doble tiene humedad y los cajones no se pueden abrir si no se retira la mesita de noche. El de la otra habitación lo encontramos ocupado con almohadas y otros útiles de cama. No había microondas aunque en las indicaciones de Booking se especifica que si hay.

Incroyable

Pros: Le logement était super bien placé, avec tout ce qu’il faut dedans. Le parking est en face du logement ce qui est vraiment un +. Victor est d’une gentillesse et de bon conseil un super hôte. C’était vraiment parfait je reviendrais!

Pros: Perfect location, exceptionally comfortable, and a wonderful host. Whenever we return to Chamonix, we wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else.
