Really nice accommodation with a great view and all the basic nescecitys.

Pros: Fantastic view, although it’s hard to not have one in Chamonix

Cons: Property overall was amazing. Well equipped, comfortable and well kept. The only issue was the hot water stopped working. Once as id just got there and the other just before leaving however they were very quick to sort it.

Great apartment experience undermined by TERRIBLE APP which created unnecessary stress and uncertainty.

Pros: Well thought through for skiing. Lots of hooks to hang up kit. Well equipped apartment.

Cons: The App to provide information about the property was TERRIBLE. Absolutely useless. No relevant information available for arrivals. We had to make multiple phone calls to get info. All that was needed was detailed instructions sent in plain text on an email. Not difficult. But extremely frustrating when you are arriving at a property at 7pm on a Sunday night with no ability to find it, or get into it. The HostNFly app is NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE. Clear no one who designed the app UX has actually tried to use it. Please scrap it and start communicating with your customers in a more clear and efficient manner.

Pros: Nádherná lokalita s výhledem na vrcholky hor, klidné prostředí, výborně zařízené, vkusné, čisté ubytování, balkon, myčka, pračka, snadno dostupné do Chamonix, v blízkosti obchody, lékárna, naprostá spokojenost a vřele doporučujeme!

appartement conforme, déplacement facile grâce à la gare

Pros: appartement très bien équipé, proche du centre ville. déplacement facile vers Chamonix ou St gervais avec la gare (à 1,5 km de l'appartement, et trajets gratuits avec la carte d'hôtes)

Cons: manque cafetière à filtres. Village n'ayant pas l'âme d'un village savoyard
