The break you are looking for is definitely fulfilled at the M in Megeve.

Pros: Excellent location, walking distance from everything. Staff were always available and attended to every request. Rooms were spacious, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and delicous. Spa/pool was amazing. Such at treat to stay at the M.

Cons: The keys to access the rooms could be a bit better designed.

Good comfortable hotel with superb staff and great location

Pros: Loved the hotel, warm, comfortable and staff were exceptional. Great location, could walk everywhere. Lovely spa area with great treatments. Food was amazing for breakfast and both of the restaurants.

Cons: The only downside was that one of the reasons we booked this hotel was for the pool. However, the swimming pool was only open for families until 4pm, then it was adults only. This meant that by the time ski school finished and we’d had lunch and got back down the mountain, the children were unable to use the swimming pool. Even when no one was using the pool they would not let the children use it. This was a massive negative for us.

Pros: Awesome staff, especially the guys at the entrance, very cozy hotel, nice rooms, amazing location. The pics don’t really do this hotel justice

Cons: Breakfast is very poor for a 5 star hotel, everything we got from the kitchen like the omelette and eggs Benedict were terrible, they don’t even do porridge…also the buffet selection can be seriously improved. Also on their 4-6 crepe bar, I was there at 6.01 and they didn’t want to sell me a crepe, although they were still having crepes on the pan and I was only one min after 6, rude from the bearded guy

Pros: Location is top. Right next to the center but far away from the noise of the main pebble street! Amazing and helpful staff, always there to help. Facilities at great shape.
