Novotel Megève Mont-Blanc

Overall positive.

Pros: Spacious rooms, lovely design, kids enjoyed a little play area. Great location.

Cons: We didn’t enjoy the restaurant. It was below average in our view. Sauna and swimming pool are NOT in the hotel, they are in the sports center just outside the hotel (you need to cross a road).

Great Hotel

Pros: Beautifully decorated. Comfortable. Lovely staff. Fati and a young guy from Normandie were especially nice.. the pool is stunning .. Breakfast delicious.. food in bar really good..and so were the drinks.very comfy beds. Great bathroom facilities. Pretty rooms. Good storage

Cons: Very basic tea/coffee facilities in room. Not refilled and no milk..no biscuits. Sunday 18th breakfast service wasnt as good. No plates, cups, egg cups, ketchup, sliced bread and a few other things. It felt like the staff that morning just werent on the ball and diners were having to ask for basics that should've been there. We went to eat around 9.30 am

Great location would definitely recommend

Pros: Really nice friendly hotel the reception staff especially Fati was exceptional. The breakfast was really lovely with such a wide selection

Cons: There was nothing to dislike

I might come next year to the same hotel because it was the best

Pros: The location is exceptional, the rooms are big. Stuff was very kind.

Cons: Delay on cleanup. Even that the check in is at 17:00 (!!) room wasn't ready. Also every day room until 15:00 was not cleaned (i was out from 09:40). Breakfast is poor. Limited options, not even omelete or eggs. Restaurant is also poor, limited options, not good quality, cannot serve a party of ten people on time or in good quality. Pasta was cold and undercooked (how can you make wrong in simple pasta).

Pros: the staff were very kind and helpfull breakfast was good big room clean room great location beautiful hotel

Cons: if the kitchen in the room had stove and cooking pans it could have been great breakfast without vegan options. need more vegetables in breakfast no hot tub in the sport center room shows with big balcony but we had a small one bad smell on the corridors extra charge for parking phone in the room didnt call reception and the reception didnt know what to do about it so everytime we needed something we had to go down to lobby

Lovely hotel in a central location in Megeve.

Pros: Very nice hotel in an excellent central location, rooms were very nicely designed and the breakfast was great, it was nice to have the access to the fitness facilities nearby as well, just below the hotel there is a good activities center and supermarket and across the street a nice park for kids the play in, overall i would be happy to recommend it to anyone staying in Megeve.

Cons: The duplex room doesn't have sufficient AC to cool the room during summer, if you are sleeping upstairs its quite warm. also the standard check in time of 5PM is very strange, we had two rooms booked and while the hotel staff were kind enough to prepare the first room early the other guest had to wait a long while to get their room.

Pros: Excellent location and using the facilities of La Palais next door was brilliant
