Absolutely a perfect gem.

Pros: We loved this hotel, it’s simply perfect. Beautiful, gorgeous atmosphere, charming staff, sublime service. If the wonderful maitre’d asked whether you wanted salted or unsalted butter, the unsalted in the best ever!

Cons: Occasionally housekeeping forgot, to replenish everything in the room, we had to get cups, then milk. But this is so very minor overall.

Excellent - will be back - when the pool is closed :))

Pros: Fabulous location, close enough to town to wander, but far away enough to feel private. The chalet feel was very well done, not over the top, just right.

Cons: Excellent breakfast but quite slow on replenishing things that had run out. The room we had was close to the swimming pool and there seemed to be no parental control over some exceptionally noisy children. I don't mind children having fun, at all, but parents have a duty to see that they're not bothering others too excessively.

Pros: Everything!! The spa, the breakfast and the distance from the main part of town.

Cons: Nothing! This place is so cosy and fabulous!

Luxurious week away for wife’s birthday

Pros: Location. Staff were first class. Indoor and outdoor pool. Spacious room

Cons: Rooms need aircon. Balcony wasn’t big enough and chairs were uncomfortable. Separate toilet from bathroom. Woken by the kitchen staff every morning- room directly above the kitchen. Food was ok but not great - breakfast eggs weren’t hot and bacon was rarely crispy.

Pros: Everything was flawless - from the kind, attentive staff to the delicious breakfast and beautiful spa facilities, there is not one negative thing we could possibly say about Fer a Cheval. One of the most wonderful hotels we've ever stayed in. We will be back!

Aussergewöhnlich

Pros: Eigentlich hat alles überzeugt. Besonders hervorzuheben sind der Shuttle-Service, der Zimmerservice sowie der Service im SPA und im Alpage. Die Zimmer waren sehr gemütlich und haben zum rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt beigetragen.

Cons: Beim Frühstück war der Service insgesamt eher unaufmerksam und teilweise unbeholfen. Vereinzelt kam es auch zu fast unfreundlichem Verhalten. Zudem dauerten Abläufe teilweise recht lange und das Angebot war wenig abwechslungsreich.

Pros: L'hotel è molto bello, con attenzione ai particolari. Il personale e' stato molto disponibile. Le camere erano grandi ed il nostro letto era molto comodo. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.
