No regret at all and we will most probably go back to this hotel

Pros: The service was excellent; the staff was very friendly. Great location and fantastic view from the room. The room was impressive as well :-)

Cons: Just the fact that we couldn't get an iron for the clothes. Maybe there should be a dedicated room for the guests to do the ironing?

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. Amazing staff.

Pros: What a lovely hotel. The buildings and the setting are magnificent, the rooms are spacious, well laid out and with great bathrooms. Very comfortable beds and lovely terraces. The breakfast is delicious. Above all, the staff are wonderful: every single one could not be more friendly, helpful or hospitable. They really went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcome. Would definitely come back.

Cons: Le séjour était presque parfait si ce n'est qu'au moment où nous attendions notre taxi nous sommes allés au salon de l'hôtel pour l'attendre et avons pris 2 thés au moment du tea time habituel de l'hôtel et ceux-ci nous ont été facturés alors que tant que nous étions clients cela faisait partie de la prestation de l'hôtel. Nous avons trouvé que cela manquait un peu d'élégance et n'était donc pas cohérent avec le posionnement luxe de l'hôtel. C'était dommage de finir sur cette note alors que tout le reste était parfait.

Pros: Erinomainen aamiainen ja todella miellyttävä henkilökunta, jotka toteuttivat kaikki toiveemme. Oma takka huoneessa toi tunnelmaa ja lämmitti hiihdon jälkeen. Spassa oli rauhallista ja saunat olivat erinomaiset. Hieronta oli ammattimainen.
