Pros: The apartment is beautifully decorated and thoughtfully equipped with everything you need in the kitchen, from appliances to all the little extras. The location is really convenient, right near a ski lift and some great restaurants. Chamonix town center isn’t within easy walking distance, but it’s quick and straightforward to drive there. The host was friendly, very polite, and responded quickly to any questions. Overall, it’s a fantastic choice for a ski trip if you’re willing to accept few downsides.

Cons: The central heating is significantly reduced at night, which makes the apartment feel very cold. We appreciate that some people may be accustomed to cooler indoor temperatures, but as this is a rental property, we believe there should be a reasonable option to maintain a comfortable temperature, whether through adjustable controls or permission to use a supplementary electric heater if needed. Regarding parking: While the listing mentions the possibility of parking directly in front of the building when spots are available, in practice, this is a parking for residents only. Using those spots has led to unpleasant encounters with neighbors who consider them theirs. To avoid any issues or discomfort, we recommend relying on the nearby public parking instead, as it has proven more reliable and stress-free.

Cons: Pas de machine à café Les lits et oreillers sont trop durs C’est mal isolé

Pros: Appartement très agréable et très bien équipé. Au calme et très bien situé, il est très confortable et joliment décoré.

ce serait un plaisir d'y revenir

Pros: Tout l'appartement refait de manière moderne et très confortable. La pièce de vie est très spacieuse même pour quatre adultes Le confort de la literie, les couettes bien chaudes, chauffage efficace, nous n'avons jamais eu de sensation de froid. Tous les ustensiles de cuisine nécessaires sont présents, sauf peut être une carafe d'eau, mais avec la bouilloire disponible ça remplace, pas mal de rangement et une grande penderie pour les manteaux. le petit jardinet est bien pratique aussi bien qu' exposé aux bruits de la circulation.

Cons: Ce n'est pas un défaut car on le savait en louant le bien : mais il faut savoir que l'appartement n'est pas tout prés du centre ville, environ 2,5 km , par contre vous êtes tout prés du golf et du télécabine les Flegères.

Pros: Gute Raumaufteilung, wohnliche Inneneinrichtung, gute Kommunikation mit Gastgeber

Cons: keine Heizung im Sommer (auch wenn es wie in unserem Fall kalt ist, es war nachts unter 10 Grad im Juli) und wenig Decken relativ laute Straße (v.a. in der Wohnküche hörbar, in den Schlafzimmern war es ok)
