Prima, ruim apartement, uitstekende lokatie.

Pros: Voldoende ruimte in de keuken. Niet volgestouwd met overbodige apparaten.

Cons: Hele apartement heeft vloerverwarming zonder themostaat (je kunt de watertemperatuur regelen in een ruimte buiten het apartement). Daardoor 's nachts en in alle kamers dezelfde temperatuur. Als je de slaapkamers kouder wil hebben kan dat alleen door ramen open te zetten.
