Fantastic location for the slopes. A very good hotel; would definitely stay again.

Pros: Location very good and handy for skiing. Room was warm and comfortable. Great bar and lounge area. Staff friendly and helpful. Bed comfy. Very good breakfast selection.

Cons: The bathroom wasn't perfectly clean, and the shower lacked power.

Overall, really enjoyed our stay.

Pros: Excellent front desk staff (very helpful when I needed some help getting a shovel to dig the car out of the snow!). Great location - ski-in/ski-out. Comfortable and clean. Addressed a concern raised very well (see below).

Cons: As the hotel was very busy, the service at dinner was a bit hit and miss. At times it felt like there was a 'two-tier' system - some guests seemed to get very good service and good tables; others (including us) less so. Sat at table for dinner one evening (second sitting, 2030) without cutlery or the offer of water/a drinks order. Also, there seemed to be less food available and staff started taking food away just after 2100. Raised this with the front desk who must have then flagged this with the restaurant manager. He then made sure the following evening that we had a good table and provided a free aperitif (which was very welcome).

Pros: Great location - ski in and out with a great view. Nice little spa. I would clearly recommend, very nice people. While they could not accommodate flowers for my wife bday, they left some balloons cookies and chocolates which very cute and nice

Really enjoyed our stay, and definitely would return.

Pros: Location is spot on, just a short walk/ski to the main lifts. The hotel public areas and the bedrooms are nicely decorated, very clean and comfortable, the quality and range of food options is excellent, and exceptional customer service was received from all staff - nothing was too much trouble. Very handy having the ski rental shop inside the hotel and they were extremely efficient and helpful too.

Cons: Just a minor frustration but the breakfast buffet could have been a better experience - the choice and food quality was excellent, however items were not replenished very promptly, also tables were not cleared and cleaned quickly enough, every morning we had to wait for a table to become available.

Cons: Only one chair in superior room. Another chair reluctantly provided. Not comfortable but better than the stool that was originally offered
