Great place for solo travellers
Pros: The staff were amazing, hotel incredible, food great, bar was fabulous too. My only comment would be to ooen the spa until 9pm like EOS/Helios, as if you ski till 5 and get the last lift, it’s not much time.

A brilliant week in a really nice hotel
Pros: Food on the whole was very good, plenty of choice and good quality. Rooms were spacious, well equipped and spotlessly clean. The ski school for the children was right outside the boot room so that was perfect. The bar area was lovely with plenty of seating. The restaurant manager was really friendly.
Cons: The hotel is located quite a distance from the town, this was fine for us because we had young children with us but if you wanted to go out at night it made it difficult because the ski bus stops at 6.30pm

Nice ski in/out hotel
Pros: Great location for skiing. New clean hotel. Free pool and sauna. Ski rental on site with access to ski rooms and slopes. Lots of sockets and USB chargers. The food is pretty good and the bar has a good selection of drinks. Well suited for families with children. Close to Geneva Airport
Cons: Situated a little away from the village, which can be reached by a free ski bus, but only until 18:30.

Great place for young family.
Pros: It’s a beautiful new hotel. Great spa area and comfortable room.
Cons: Cocktail wasn’t nice. They were out of ice to make cocktail at new year eve.

Lovely stay at this brand new accommodation, perfect for the slopes.
Pros: Nice rooms. Handy for the slopes. Swimming pool. Lunchtime outdoor bar food.
Cons: Nice food choice but needs to be warmer. Newly cooked foods are fine but everything on the warmers is too cold.

Nice relaxed feel hotel, perfect for skiing and good food and drinks included in the all inclusive.
Pros: Clean, relaxed, nice location especially with ski in and ski out, ski equipment hire within the hotel and an allocated ski locker for your room for the stay.
Cons: Room could have done with a little more hanging space for skiwear.

Good club hotel with excellent value for money
Pros: We really liked the accommodation. It is well equipped and was exactly as described. The meals were also varied and the selection of drinks in the bar was excellent. Another positive thing to mention is that the pool and the wellness area were very nice.
Cons: Unfortunately, the room cleaning was not thorough and very superficial. We also didn't like the fact that the parking garage charged EUR 30 per day. There are no any alternative parking options.

An ideal choice for a skiing getaway.
Pros: Super location (ski in ski out), tasty all inclusive food, and nice room with balcony with mountain view, Friendly and accommodating staff.

tout est parfait du début à la fin .
Pros: Super de chez super , très grands choix de charcuteries , viennoiseries , thé , café etc... , plusieurs jus de fruits machine ou frais, choix de plusieurs sortes de pain frais ou grillés , plusieurs choix d'oeufs , vraiment super complet !!
Cons: tout est super , la nourriture , le personnel , l'ambiance , les responsables de chaque service , le côté cosy de l'hotel , vraiment l'on passe un super séjour .

Très bon établissement mais ...
Pros: Nous avons aimé la gentillesse de l'ensemble du personnel, les installations, la propreté et la diversité des buffets de restauration.
Cons: Le parking est payant ce qui n'était pas mentionné sinon il faut aller garer le véhicule à 15 minutes à pied... Un peu long mais bien pentu ! Nous sommes restés 3 jours mais la chambre n'a jamais été faite pendant notre séjour et avons dû remplacer nous même la recharge de produit douche qui nous a été remis suite à notre demande.
