First Class

Pros: The location is spectacular. The staff are exemplary. The restaurant is first class. The facilities are excellent. There’s a little ski kit shop, very conveniently situated next to the hotel.

Cons: There was nothing to dislike about this hotel.

Excellent hotel in exceptional location

Pros: Excellent location, fantastic facilities and staff and very comfortable rooms. Boulangerie service and sledges for borrowing are nice touches

Cons: Ski locker room is like a furnace. I understand that this is as a consequence of heating facilities to dry kit/clothing but it’s really uncomfortable getting ready in this heat. Only a minor flaw.

Pros: Wonderfully helpful and friendly staff. Exceptional location Great Breakfast Family room spacious and well appointed Would definitely stay again

Cons: Only one thing - taxi found difficult to find. Perhaps a road sign to direct cars/taxis to help find Hotel entrance?

Love the location and the hotel was great look forward to staying again.

Pros: The location was amazing for getting onto the slopes.

We spent three wonderful nights enjoying the sking during the day and recovering in the Spa and especially the ice bath.

Pros: Friendly staff always available with an awesome location right on the slopes.

Cons: Nothing.

Excellent short stay next to the ski slopes

Pros: The hotel was in a great location next to the slopes. The reception staff were friendly and we paid extra for the early check in which was well worth it at we arrived at 12pm. The hotel looked virtually new. Everything was well looked after. The swimming and spa areas were excellent. The bar and outside seating area also were great areas to enjoy a drink at the end of a days skiing. We didn't use the restaurant but it looked nice. The ski boot room and access to the slopes were excellent.

Convenient, comfortable and staffed with a very friendly and extremely helpful team

Pros: Brilliantly located for ski school, lifts, rentals etc. superb ski locker facilities. The staff were incredibly friendly and really helpful. Especially after an airport delay had me arriving very late at night. Everything about staying here was life / holiday made easy. Slightly expensive for breakfast considering there are not many other options nearby, but they do allow you to order in from the local bakery the day before, which was an equally nice option and slightly less significant cost! All round a great stay, great to have parking in town, a heated ski locker just one lift ride away from the slopes and the games room in the hotel was great.

Excellent hotel for ski in/ out -

Pros: Location was fantastic for ski in/out Excellent spa area

Cons: Needed to be reminded about replenishment of towels and in general seemed to be short staffed. Breakfast was good quality but we had to constantly ask for orange juice and croissants/pancakes to be restocked

Premiere location at foot of slopes

Pros: Fantastic location -the best in Flaine Great gym and boot room Friendly staff Would definitely come again

Cons: Breakfast expensive Should be included in price Cladding around window of our room not complete - ie building not finished Need more bar staff at peak time A little noisey from Bauhaus bar terrace

Just perfect for a ski in ski out family hotel

Pros: Staff were so helpful, particularly on checkout day helping out with luggage, ski gear, and fresh towels! The room was smart and modern, very clean, and clearly well looked after.

Cons: Some shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms and the pool locker room would have been a nice touch.
