Great stay

Pros: Everything about the apartment was great perfect location

Cons: The only thing was the late check in time and the reception desk being closed in the day until 4.30pm

A good stay in general.

Pros: Good location due to the ski lift being just a few minutes' walk away. Quite spacious apartments equipped with everything you need. Bread service available at reception every day. Entertainment and evening performances for children, as well as a very practical childcare service. The staff's kindness.

Cons: Expensive underground parking and very limited number of outdoor parking spaces (also paid). The road to the ski lifts and the road from the hotel to the centre are in poor condition (very potholed surface and water and mud during rainfall). The carpet in the corridors as well as the SPA area should be cleaned more often. The SPA was poorly maintained, the pool water was cold, and in general it closes too early (at 7 p.m.), which makes it very difficult to use, especially for parents with small children. Despite the staff's kindness, it is difficult to obtain information about the ski resort and the town. Average value for money.

Pros: Great location for restaurants and the ski lift! Very friendly staff and great swimming pool facilities.

Cons: We had to dress our own beds on arrival, no soap was provided and only one toilet roll per day could be requested.

Pros: Great apartment complex, with all the amenities in the residence. The apartment is nicely furnished.

Cons: Nothing really. We're very happy with our choice.

Pros: Perfect location between town centre and lake/ swimming pool.

Cons: No air conditioning in summer. And it was boiling.

Great experience with new facilities and kids/ junior entertainment.

Pros: Great facilities with pool. Kids/ Junior Club for the children with great activities.

Cons: The animation team is great, though the majority of guests are French, it would be nice if they could speak other languages as well. Only one of the team was really fluent in English.

Fantastic apart hotel with excellent facilities and good services.

Pros: Friendly staff and good facilities: swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, washing machine, snacks and drinks at the reception. Cooking facility in the room is well equipped.

Cons: The size of the bed room is very small, hard to even squeeze into the space to access the wardrobe. Parking outside the hotel is limited and no offer to park in the underground car park.

Pros: MMV was situated with in Samoens close to the Lake and the town public swimming pool and a 10/15 minute walk to the beautiful town centre. MMV has its own indoor/outdoor pool with sauna and spa. The apartments are very spacious with a good sized open plan kitchen, dining living area. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you would need for your stay. Bathroom with bath and over bath shower and also another separate shower room. Toilet is separate from both. The apartment was scrupulously clean and towels are supplied. There is a laundry where you can do washing if you wish. This is a well run establishment within Samoens in a beautiful area of France. We will definitely return.

Cons: Bedding, especially the pillows which were the size of cushions so really didn't sleep well. Otherwise happy
