Great stay for a week’s family ski,

Pros: Central location, spacious apartment Comfortable bed Helpful, friendly staff Ice rink nearby Great pool/ jacuzzi/ sauna facilities

Cons: Kitchen chopping knife was falling apart, needs replacing Pillows uncomfortable

A great location with great view, friendly staff and great spa facilities.

Pros: in good central location, clean and tidy with great facilities to relax after a days skiing such as the spa area, apartment well equipped and spacious.

Cons: Nothing to add.

Relaxing!

Pros: The facilities in the residence were very nice (swimmingpool, hammam, sauna, fitness)

Cons: The swimming pool room was a bit cold (in October), and I didn’t know beforehand that the sauna and hammam were off-limits for kids under 16. We went with three kids under 16, so it was a big problem, and unfortunately we had to bend that rule in order to have a relaxing stay and be together as a family. Also, a big minus were the late check-in (5-8pm) and early check-out (7:30-10:00). We really only had two full days there, and a big part of the last night was spent cleaning (according to precise instructions the staff left at the door!) and packing up, because with three kids we couldn’t possibly wake up the following day in time to eat breakfast and still leave the appartment according to the instructions, before 10 am.

Pros: Central appartement in Samoens clean and well appointed. Good facilities pool etc. Easy parking

Cons: The WiFi is unserviceable No prep area for cooking should you wish to

Pros: Très bien reçu par lola très gentille. Et agréable. L'emplacement de l'hôtel et très bien situé. L'appartement est très bien. Propre. Les équipements du sport étaient super.

Cons: Pas grand-chose. Mais la seule chose qui nous a un peu déçus c'est la piscine tres froide.

Génial, je recomande. Une bonne adresse à garder.

Pros: Les appartements sont très propre, spacieux et confortable. Il sont bien équiper, il y a tout se dont nous avions besoin! Le personnelle souriant et agréable. Le logement est très bien situé, juste au centre ville, facile d’accès avec des place de parking tout autour. Et le spa était vraiment bienvenu après nos journée de randonnée.

Pros: Prettig, schoon, vriendelijk personeel, heerlijk zwembad!

Pros: Nous avons apprécié l'accueil, l'emplacement et la vue sur les montagnes. L'appartement était lumineux et calme. Le parking en sous-sol. La piscine, le jacuzzi et la salle de sport sont un plus.

Pros: Bien placé, beau bâtiment, belle terrasse , bel équipement de spa et personnel sympa.

Cons: Peut être changer les oreillers .

Pros: La proximité du centre ville et du lac.L’espace de l’appartement Personnel très sympathique

Cons: L’appartement était placé à l’angle d’une rue extrêmement passante, de plus il y a des bacs à Dechets verre , carton et ordures ménagères juste en dessous de ces appartements donc nuisances sonores toute la nuit et parfois odeurs désagréables. La literie est vraiment très molle. Et le réseau wifi fonctionne très mal . De plus le ménage dans les espaces communs comme les couloirs et porte d’entrée laisse à désirer.
