Fantastic stay

Pros: Fantastic customer service allowed us to get into the apartment early which made such a difference. Perfect stay first class stay.

Cons: A later check in would be nice.

Perfect in every way!

Pros: Apartment was spacious and well appointed. Superb views of mountains from both balconies. Excellent service and attention to detail. Spa lovely with outdoor sun beds Kitchen perfect including a wine fridge! Perfect for three adults - in effect two en-suite bathrooms. Loved everything about our stay

Cons: Everything was perfect … if I had to be very picky I would want seating on second balcony to catch the afternoon sun but it took no time to carry a chair through!

Great facility, we wouldn’t hesitate to come back or recommend

Pros: Amazing facilities and a very comfy and spacious apartment.

Cons: No shuttle bus / navette running on Saturday

Pros: Location was perfect as we were able to park the car for the week in the garage below and start most of our hikes directly from apartment, and cycling. The bus stop was directly opposite accommodation so we did use the bus to get to Sixt for hiking which was also very convenient. Having a balcony was great, as you need that extra space for 5 people and we were able to eat outside for breakfast/dinner with a beautiful view of the mountains. Restaurants/cafes/shops just a two minute walk away. Swimming facilities were excellent. We are not big fans of indoor pools, but this one was big and light as there were sliding doors to outside making it feel spacious. The area is great for family holidays, with a lake for swimming just a 10 minute walk away too. We would def. stay again!

Cons: We did sleep with all the doors and windows open at night as it was a bit too hot otherwise. That's all!

Superb!

Pros: We had an apartment at Residence Alexane. I could not recommend it highly enough. We had a large double bed with an ensuite and a twin room with another bathroom and loo for our teenage sons. The mattresses were luxurious. The sitting room sofa was really comfortable too! We ate out a few times but also cooked at the apartment and there was everything you needed. The hotel were really welcoming and could not have been more helpful. There was free access to the Sauna, pool and gym. All beautifully managed and modern. 10 out of 10.

Spacious and clean

Pros: The apartment was spacious and provided us with a comfortable stay as a couple. There was plenty of space and it included free parking and a separate room for ski equipment right below the chalet. The apartment and all of the facilities were very clean and kept in good order. Cons: There is nothing I didn't like. The only suggestion I would make is to change the policy for the SPA so that kids are not allowed. At the moment, kids are allowed if accompanied by an adult, but we found the hot tub to be full of parents and their babies and the overall atmosphere to be not as tranquil as you would expect in a SPA.
