Outstanding location and staff.

Pros: Exceptional location for a ski holiday. Close to ski hire shop and the ski lift up to the ski area. It is also in close proximity to the village that provides all services. Spa (free) and breakfast were extra provisions available. Super helpful staff with good communication prior to arrival and when on site. Hard to fault.

Cons: Our apartment could have been cleaner with room sides and under furniture not thoroughly done but kitchen area and bathroom were very clean. Glad we were not tall as main room high was very low. Maybe better warning as to bunk beds thought this was a room with 2 single beds!

Great value with amazing spa

Pros: The main lounge area and spas are great, with large windows and nice views. The residence is clean and cosy. The staff is very friendly. Perfect for a ski holiday as it's located a short walking distance (8 min) from the Grand Massif express cable car. Amazing value for money.

Cons: The TV is so small we couldn't really watch anything. The room and bathroom could do with an update. Simple changes such as more clever storage would make this an outstanding property.

Pros: The hotel, the rooms and the facilities were all brilliantly thought through. The bar, lounge and spa area were a real bonus and the storage and other practical aspects were very convenient and added to having an easy and relaxing holiday. The kitchenette had all we needed for breakfasts, to make a lunch and prep simple dinners (and we ate out 3 nights - many great restaurants and takeaways are close). The beds were comfortable and room was warm. Room was compact and bathroom was simple but everything we needed and with the lounge space to use too it's more than fine (we booked 1 x 3 person room and 1 x 2 person room for a family of 4). For value for money it exceeded expectations and I cannot fault the practicality or service. Location was perfect for town and ski.

Cons: A bit of noise from others guests coming and going in the hallway and only disturbed us as we went to bed on the earlier side with the children, but it is too be expected anywhere really. I also like a thicker curtain - but was dark at night so again not a problem.

Pros: Lovely living room, spa, bar, friendly reception. Accessible for both village and ski slope. Clean, no frills room, with all the kitchen essentials.

Cons: Would have been nice if the dry room succeeded in drying out my boots completely. It did a decent job still, all things considered!

Pros: Nice swimming pool, very good stove/pans, even in kitchenette, friendly staff!

Pros: The family are so welcoming and their hospitality is fantastic. My second visit in 2 years after a random find on Booking.com. I have no doubt that I will be back for a 3rd! The rooms are well equipped and give you the freedom of self catering, with the added bonus of a the spa facilities, option for breakfast in the lounge and friendly little bar in the evening. All in all, a really friendly alpine welcome, with honest and super helpful hosts.

Cons: Nothing. It does what it says on the tin, and then some.

Pros: Great location close to both the Gondola and to the town centre. The room was small, but had everything you needed. Lovely and warm and the bed was comfortable. Nice bar/lounge area and very helpful staff. Also by the Gondola is a lovely bakery for breakfast/ sandwiches, ski rental shop and a restaurant/bar for a drink after skiing.

Cons: Only slight negative would be better if the shower head had a wall attachment

Wonderful stay

Pros: Our two room apartment was a great size and well equipped. Very comfortable. The downstairs lounge area is wonderful space, very cosy. The hot tub area is fab! The photographs on booking.com really do not do it justice.

Cons: The bathrooms let the accommodation down. Very outdated.

Pros: Excellent location, 5-6 min on foot to the Grand Massif Expresse Ski Lift and the same distance from the center of the town. Very friendly and helpful owners. The wellness area was a nice addition. Great view from the balconies. 3 spacious bedrooms.

Cons: The apartment needs a renovation. This was however reflected in the price so we kind of knew what we can expect.

Cons: Very slopey ceilings in the bedroom and we hit our heads a few times. But ok if you can remember to duck!
