Pros: Spacious appartment in a very central location. Nicely furnished. Good host. Space for ski kit in the utility room/ boiler room. Large lounge and dining area and separate kitchen. Large TV (which we didn't switch on).

Cons: Unfortunately, the shutters were damaged due to a storm before our arrival and this meant that the rooms were a bit light in the am and did bang a bit. Hopefully fixed soon. Also, it is a central location so can be a bit noisy outside as folk go home - it didn't bother us.
