Best place in Chamonix for down to earth honest accommodation- Comfortable, friendly staff, super value for money 10/

Pros: Location just outside of town but walking distance or easy with bus. Super friendly and helpful staff. Amazing value for money, but also perfect for our type of responsible low impact travel.

Cons: We would love to see more live music!!!

great accommodation on a budget. Nice staff.

Pros: Cheap affordable hostel style accommodation. Very cheap ski passes also available.

Cons: More of a kitchen for those wanting to cook themselves.

Comfortable hostel

Pros: The location, in the outskirts of Chamonix, quiet, but convenient with the bus stop some meters away. The possibility to buy a very good dinner, the different environments like the lounge, living room, where you can meet people. Also laundry available and of course, de carte de hote for discount in bus and buying from them the lift tickets at a discount price.

Cons: The toilets were a little stinky, though looked clean, especially in the reception area.

Pros: Beautiful location, 30 minutes walk from town but not so bad when biking or skating. Gorgeous location close to a nice waterfall track. Staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very simple but delicious. Facilities were pretty good as well!

Pros: The location is just a few steps from the bus stop that is only 15m away from dowtown. The free breakfast is great, and the possibility of buying dinner from the cafeteria after a long day is also great. The vibe of the people is amazing. Laundry is very convenient and affordable. The bar is a nice plus.

Cons: Maybe the toilets could be better cleaned, they are a little stinky.

Pros: The view was beautiful, good breakfast to fuel up before tough hike. Cheap multipass discount for all cable car and lift. Helpful reception.

Cons: Only one socket in a room with each bed only having one usb port.

Pros: Great breakfast, nice coffee. All staff were extremely friendly, great atmosphere and the rooms were clean and spacious. Really enjoyed my 11-day visit. Thank you!

Cons: The key card glitching if it accidentally came close to my phone was inconvenient for late night returns after climbing and my housemates being asleep :(

Great place to stay for the night in Chamonix

Pros: Beds have chargers and small lights, wash basin in each room, enough space to fit all luggage, staff are super friendly and helpful, breakfast was included in the price too.

Cons: Mattress could have been thicker.
