Lovely, cosy hotel with great staff and fairly centrally located

Pros: Lovely members of staff who were super friendly and helpful with any questions I had.

Cons: My mirror in the bedroom had a large crack and the view from my room was of a semi building site as the next door building was in the process of being built (not the hotel’s fault but still a minor negative). The bathroom was also slightly dated but still worked well.

Very comfortable hotel, ideally situated close to Chamonix centre

Pros: Great location, close to Chamonix centre and with views over the river

Cons: No hot water for c30 mins - so we had to wait to have a bath. Tea / coffee making facilities would be helpful in each room

Perfect location and accompdation for our very large group with lots of kids

Pros: Location and flebility and understanding of the staff

Cons: We paid a lot compared to our friends. Price / value was not ideal for us.

Good to be back again to this lovely Hotel after 10 years

A warm hotel that feels like the home of an old friend.

Pros: The staff were truly wonderful—friendly and warm, making me feel as if I were being welcomed by old friends. Although the hotel facilities were more modest compared to a five-star hotel, they actually enhanced the feeling of being in Mont Blanc, and the surrounding scenery was absolutely beautiful. The sauna facilities were excellent, and the meals were among the best I’ve had, even compared to top restaurants.

Cons: However, on the second day we had to change rooms, and unfortunately the bed was worn out and the radiator was not working. Although a portable heater was provided, the bed had to be pushed to one side and we managed to sleep only with some difficulty, which was quite disappointing. That said, I believe these issues will be fixed next time, and I would definitely stay again—because everything else was perfect.

Lovely, not lux but value for money

Pros: We loved the hotel, great location (central but quiet), next to the river with amazing mountain view, nice staff and breakfast. We appreciated the room upgrade and the all day coplimentary coffee/tea service.

Cons: The carpeting in the elevator and hallways needs to go, makes the hotel look dirty. Also the bathroom could use some renovations as there were spots of humidity/mold.

Amazing view with super cute and value for money room

Pros: Everything was amazing. The view of the snowy mountains and the chalets was breathtaking. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. It was warm all the time and had everything we needed. The staff was really polite and pleasant. The breakfast had so many options sweet and savoury, and everything was delicious. Also we really enjoyed the afternoon tea in the super cozy living room.

Cons: The only thing was about the pillows, which were thin and made the sleep not so comfortable. Also a mini fridge would be nice to have.

Cosy space with a beautiful view

Pros: The service staff are great, the breakfast had a decent spread, and the hotel and rooms are clean and lovely. I really like the coffee machine and selection of teas available anytime. It has great view of the mountains as well. It is one of the furthest property from the Chamonix Sud (main bus stop), but it’s not a long walk - around 15 minutes on foot - as it’s a very small town.
