Great party hotel small rooms

Pros: Great facilities. Definitely a party holiday- lots of bars and great music

Cons: The rooms of 4 were absolutely tiny- we could only manage 1 night and had to pay extra to move room. To fit 4 people including luggage is near enough impossible

Couldn’t fault the accommodation other than being scammed through their lacking online security systems

Pros: Ideally situated for getting about and close to shops and restaurants.

Cons: Their systems got hacked and my details were leaked, this led to my being contacted from what looked like it was the hotel as they had all the booking details and exact dates and room cost which I paid for but this was a scam so I ended up paying for the room twice. £200 out of pocket

OK but can be improved

Pros: Good hotel overall, close to the Brevent ski station. Located close to Chamonix town centre. Very nice breakfast. The cheese restaurant is very nice ans serves great raclette

Cons: A big problem with this hotel is that it turns into a nightclub every evening, which is very disturbing for the guests. Also, spa facilities are quite old and need to be refurbished. For some reason, on the day of the checkout, staff knocked on our door asking when we will check out, which was strange and pushy. The other day staff came to clean the room at 5pm. Also, in the ski shop, we rented ski equipment for 3 days and left it in the locker. On day 2, for not reason, staff took out our equipment from our locker. This has caused us a lot of stress and we lost time getting new equipment on our last day of skiing
