We loved it!

Pros: The location was excellent (right in the middle of town). The rooms were very comfortable and warm. The staff were always friendly. We would definitely stay again.

Great location and great staff!

Pros: The location was excellent, the staff were excellent, and the view from the terrace where we had a drink was excellent. The room was also very nice. The bathroom was classy and elegant.

Cons: The pillows could have been better.

Fantastic ski break staying in a first class hotel in the heart of Chamonix

Pros: A lovely, established hotel. Great location with wonderful staff. Really well set up if you want to ski and a great, brand new spa facility after a day on the slopes.

Cons: Our bathroom could have been a bit better, particularly the shower

Fantastic, we really enjoyed it and would stay again.

Pros: Location excellent, the staff were very friendly and helpful- nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was excellent. the small spa was brilliant after a long day in the mountains. our room was spacious, clean and the bed comfortable.

Cons: Nothing!

Very good hotel and Wellington located.

Pros: The location is very good, the bed and shower are great. The service, especially at the reception, is spectacular!!! The pool and sauna area are very stuffy and smelly. It would be better if it were an outdoor space. At night there is a lot of noise coming from the main street. It can be considered a 4-star hotel.

Pros: Amazing location. Great, helpful staff, communal areas are stunning

Cons: The beds were hard which is not what you want after a long day of hiking. No aircon in the room. Room size is small.

Pros: The best thing about the hotel was the staff- they were simply amazing! I arrived to the hotel with my mom who needed to see a doctor. Francesa and Phillipe could not have been more helpful and kind. They went above and beyond to help us. We couldn't get a taxi so Phillipe dropped us to the hospital. Francesa was so kind and caring. I would 100% return.
