Pros: great staff, who really made us feel welcome. The shuttle service is excellent in chamonix. I got horribly drunk one night and they tolerated my ridiculous antics in good spirits. An essential facet of service for any british guests

The hotel, location, staff and facilities met or exceeded our expectations.

Pros: Very helpful and friendly staff. We were made to feel most welcome. Location is perfect for Chamonix town, very convenient for all the main attractions. Hotel building is grand, but quietly tasteful. Stunning views of Mont Blanc from the hotel, pool and garden. Excellent spa facilities. We will definitely be returning.

Cons: ….uhm, difficult to say without being unfairly picky. Would prefer feather pillows. Perhaps these were available on request?

Excellent stay, excellent staff - will return!

Pros: Attentive and professional staff all of whom went above and beyond to ensure we had an excellent stay. Great central location. Lovely balcony. Good selection of mini bar drinks. Delicious food and good selection of drinks at the bar. The service there was fantastic. Housekeeping were prompt and friendly. Bed was comfy and rooms had everything we needed and were modern.

Cons: The bathroom was of a high specification but on the small side. However, the shower was plenty big enough and of a high spec. Would have been nice to have an option of draught beer but this is a personal preference and not a reflection on the extensive drinks menu they did offer.

Pros: Great location. Nice boutique hotel with friendly staff. Special thanks to every member of this hotel. They have a big outdoor swimming pool that is heated all the time along with excellent spa facilities.
