Pros: Location and reception staff were superb. Communication in the build up to the visit was great too.

Cons: I am 6ft 3in tall and the sloped ceilings in the bedroom meant the room was uncomfortable. Not having a stand up shower was really disappointing.

The Perfect stay!

Pros: We were a group of 5 and needed 3 nights before our Air BnB was available. Initially I had booked hotel rooms, but the staff were very accomodating and ended up swapping us into an apartment which was fab! The breakfast was delicious and the location was very central but still nice a quiet. The staff were so friendly and did everything to make our stay wonderful. Loved everything about it!

Perfect hotel for a ski get away!

Pros: The property was great, good location, friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was nice and included everything that we needed. Even though there is no lift, the gentleman on reception helped us up to our room with our bags. The hotel is right in the town centre, close to ski rental and bars and restaurants.

Cons: There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

Pros: Staff were amazing. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Location is great. Boot and Ski rooms were very good. Bedrooms were small but in line with most Alpine bedrooms.

Lovely little hotel in a perfect location.

Pros: Hotel staff were extremely efficient and welcoming. Breakfast was a bit disappointing - were the scrambled eggs powdered? Also not topped up regularly we had to ask to replenish items.

Cons: Powdered scrambled eggs? Not enough seats for breakfast, slow to clear tables and re-set.

Pros: Beautiful hotel, excellent service - went above and beyond (even helped me to book a table for dinner at a local restaurant). Excellent decor throughout. Comfy beds, toasty during cold weather, clean and a huge room.
