A beautiful stay

Pros: A beautifully run lovely hotel. We love the spacious room and en suite with two seating areas, fireplace, two different mountain views. The communal areas in the hotel are well designed. Excellent breakfast.

Perfect!

Pros: Such a cute little hotel. Perfectly located, clean, amazing spa and the staff is so helpful. And they gave us a delicious homemade jam jar when we left!

Cons: The bedrooms could do with a little refresh or upgrading of furniture.

Excellent, warm, friendly hotel and service. Would recommend to anyone.

Pros: Family run feel, welcoming, beautiful setting, homely and cosy, love the vegetable patch and gardens as well as wooden cabins.

Cons: Slight smell from the bathroom /plumbing.

Welcoming and well looked after. Lovely hotel and spa. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff.

Pros: The room has lovely views of the mountain. The mini bus transfers from the hotel to the gondolas were a great bonus as well as the ability to purchase a ski pass at the hotel and have boots and skis delivered and collected at the end by the ski hire shop next door.

Amazing staff, with valuable amenities.

Pros: Staff were truly fantastic, super helpful and friendly. The free transfer to the different lifts was amazing, and the lockers for checkout downstairs are super useful.

Cons: The options at the breakfast buffet could be slightly improved, and the sheets didn’t smell super fresh but relatively minor points.

Pros: Lovely room, great location. Gastronomic resturant was first class

Cons: Building work going on which meant the spa treatments were moved and provided in the gym and there was drilling which meant that the spa wasn’t very relaxing. We were warned in advance and it can’t be helped. I am sure the spa is fabulous when the building works are complete
