Wonderful character, sometimes it is worth paying a little extra for the quality

Pros: Lovely character, very high quality fittings and the Spa area was great. By far the best thing is the warm welcome from the Staff and in particular Claire who was fab and super helpful

Cons: The bath was amazing but we didn't have a shower, not a problem as the water ran quickly but always good to have the option. There was a shower attachment on the bath tho.

The best place to stay in Chamonix. Chalet vibes with all the perks of a hotel

Pros: The staff were so friendly, the rooms were homely, the shared spaces were excellent, the decor was beautiful, the food was gorgeous, the vibe was excellent and always felt warm and inviting. The hotel dog was friendly and played with our baby. Guests always seemed relaxed and happy. The saunas and jacuzzi were wonderful. It was all perfectly done, can’t fault the hotel at all. We loved our stay, thank you!

Cons: Before I arrived I was surprised to be charged a nightly rate for an infant cot, and be charged for parking, however honestly, the stay was so good I didn’t mind in the end. Loved everything about the hotel.

A nice hotel with stunning rooms

Pros: Beautiful hotel, very nice outdoor spa, great and attentive staff. Parking was included and very convenient.

Cons: Breakfast was a little bit limited, would have been nice to have some cooked options available.

Pros: The hotel feels like home , so comfy , The room so clean ,the service so good , the breakfast was good .

Cons: In the night when we want to sleep there is a sound of water always we hear that . But its not to much noisy

Amazing trip, we loved staying there

Pros: The biopool is amazing especially with sore legs after long hikes. The view from the room was also magnificent

A lovely property in a beautiful setting

Pros: Great location & the staff are excellent. Comfortable rooms in a lovely environment. It’s a small boutique property which suited us very well.

Cons: A shame it doesn’t have a restaurant for evening meals although we did enjoy our breakfast.

Absolutely perfect stay. We had the best of times.

Pros: The staff were so friendly and helpful, the hotel and facilities were brilliant, the location and views were perfect and the breakfast was delicious and there was so much choice. The sauna/ use of the jacuzzi was a real bonus. We had the best stay here and could not rate it more highly.
