Pros: Everything! The staff were truly delightful and happy people. Smiles and exceptional care at all times. High quality cleanliness, comfort and facilities. Fantastic pool with a superb view of Mont Blanc. The town is calm and tranquil. Very easy drive to Megeve if you want amazing shopping. Why bother when you can relax and enjoy here. The food is wonderful, exceptional. The Menu du jour changes every day. The chef certainly knows taste and flavour and combinations. The choice of wines is great. I am sorry to have to go! Merci a tout!

Perfect place to stay en route from Italy back to the UK. A longer stay would have been lovely.

Pros: The entire experience was fantastic. The location was beautiful. The room and hotel facilities were clean and in immaculate condition. Breakfast was just what was needed prior to our drive back to the UK.

Cons: Everything was excellent. No complaints of any sort.

with love and expérience front of one of the best Alps view

Pros: the atmosphere was really family with always a truly smile and welcome in every moments of the day. the restaurant is simple but so well executed. the view is just mind blowing front of an incredible panoramic of Mont-Blanc area. Really love my stay there.

Cons: maybe more power outlet in the room especially near the bed to recharge my phone.

Pros: L’établissement est le graal de l’hôtel chalet, le personnel au top, la literie (draps et oreillers) exceptionnelle, le ménage nickel, le petit déjeuner fabuleux, le restaurant excellent (ce n’est pas souvent le cas des restaurants d’hôtels de cette gamme). Bref, un sans faute !

Cons: La connexion wifi assez aléatoire, mais en même temps une bonne opportunité de déconnecter ! Même ce défaut se transforme en qualité
