Pros: breakfast was perfect, room was very nice and the restaurant for dinner perfect, thank you

Excellent stay with amazing views of Mont Blanc

Pros: Excellent staff, super nice and helpful. They were really kind to our dogs also. Breakfast was excellent with a really nice choice.

Pros: It had a good in house restaurant albeit slightly pricey

Cons: No lift to first floor rooms. No handrail on the stairway, which in UK would be illegal in a domestic property, let alone one to which the public has access. Mosquitoes…

Cosy, homely, clean and considerate with lots of thoughtful touches.

Pros: The aparthotel was amazing, beautiful dining table, and snuggly sofas, gorgeous view from the balcony, loved the blackout blinds to help us sleep. The kids appreciated the smart TV so they could watch their shows from home, and they loved the slide.

Cons: It took us a while to find it as it had just had a name change but the signs were the old ones! But we got there in the end!

Pros: Location was good, stunning views, pool was clean and great for cooling off with the children, room was very spacious, modern and clean and staff were friendly.

Cons: Our room had 2 windows, however, only one opened, the other had been purposely decommissioned. A fan was provided (temp was over degrees) but being able to open both windows would have been helpful. Our room also didn't have a balcony (one of the few rooms that didn't) which was a shame, other than sitting in the garden (we were top floor) or in the communal lounge, we had no where to sit and relax in private. The room did have 1 chair.
