Comfortable and cosy hotel

Pros: Only stayed for one night, but we enjoyed the comfortable bed, roomy bathroom, nice atmosphere and our balcony had a nice view of the mountains. Also really polite and welcoming staff!

Cons: Only downside was that we booked a double room but we were given one which also had a bunk bed which made the room feel a bit crammed. Still, we enjoyed our stay!

Pros: Easy check in and out. Nice bedroom and bathroom. Good breakfast. Decent bar with good beer.

Pros: Perfect location for tramway to Mont Blanc, the main reason for choosing this hotel. However we found a little gem. Great welcome from hosts, great local knowledge fab breakfast. Would definitely recommend. We also didn’t have to use our car during our stay as made use of the cable car to the town and new lift back.

Nice place to stay close to the Railway staion

Pros: More than expected, clean, comfortable, good breakfast, even felt sorry to stay at another place for the rest of our journey around Chamonix

Pros: 40 minutes by train from Chamonix, very pleasant town, restaurants nearby, gorgeous park 150 meters from the hotel. really close to cable car and same distance to train. good connections from gerveis to many location in this part of France and Switzerland as well. nice room for famiky 2+2

Pros: The staff here are amazing. So friendly and super helpful. There is no kettle in the room, so I brought my own and asked for milk, which they sorted out immediately for me (giving me a whole carton). I was slightly late checking in, so they rang me to check if I was still coming and reconfirmed the code for getting in. Breakfast is excellent value as well. Highly recommended.

Pros: I booked at the last minute due to a change in my travel plans and was so happy to have stayed here. The people running the hotel are very welcoming and friendly. My room was large with a good bathroom and balcony, and I was very comfortable. The location is excellent, only a few minutes walk from the train station.

Cons: Rather dim lighting. But really nothing to worry about.

A stay for trekking from Argentiere to Chamonix

Pros: Everythng is fair and reasonable. Bit expensive for one person, but it is understandable because the room was for 3 max. A restaurant that the hotel recommend me was also excellent, La Croix du Mont Blanc.
