Comfortable friendly and relaxing

Pros: Small property with loads of facilities the convenience to the gondola was so handy and the sauna and pool were a bonus The use of microwave and utensils was appreciated The staff were very helpful and friendly and the room was comfortable

Cons: Only one small addition would be appreciated A chair i the bedroom

Great base for family skiing holiday

Pros: Staff, especially the breakfast waitress and reception staff, were great. The pool was perfect for the kids and room while basic was clean and functional. Location to the gondola was amazing.

Cons: Breakfast was limited and bar shuts at 9pm

Not cheap , but great little hotel.

Pros: The staff are very helpful. Its a good solid hotel, basic but suits the needs of a skiing holiday. The pool is a great touch , and the games room a nice touch.

Cons: The breakfast choice wasnt as large as last time, but it was all perfect, fresh, great service.

Pros: I enjoyed the stay ver much! It’s traditional details of the room structure; quality bed; friendly staff; relaxing pool etc.

Cons: My room only has a roof window, but it’s part of the building structure; I could have more light.

Excellent stay for 5 nights (4 days skiing). Great facilities, close to gondola & easy to get to from Geneva

Pros: Room (family of 6 with 4 teenagers) in 7 person room. Breakfast, facilities and staff.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: For the purpose of our trip, this hotel had the best location. The staff greeted us very warmly and kindly. They showed us to our room and explained everything about using the pool. The room was well heated. Everything was clean. There was everything we needed for our stay.

Cons: We missed the mountain view from the window.

Pros: Nice small hotel. We had the largest room type with three separate bedrooms, there was plenty of space for the five of us (all adults). The breakfast was good quality. Excellent proximity to the train station and gondola to Saint Gervais village. Staff were friendly and helpful. Swimming pool was a bonus!

Cons: Whilst there was two bathrooms in our room, there was only one toilet. There were some drunk guests in the lounge being quite noisy one night. The drinks machine at breakfast was a bit temperamental - it would be better if tea or coffee were served.
