Perfect location for ski

Pros: Literally on the ski tracks, close to all facilities, ski school, ski rent. Helpful personnel and warm rooms. The kids appreciated the little gift left for them in their beds.

Cons: The ski lockers are really crumped, there's a lot of space I would have preferred not to play tetris every day to get my skis and put them back inside. The restaurant is good but pricey and with limited menu.

Great location and friendly staff

Pros: We returned after a visit last year and the room was the same spacious and clean, along with staff that could not be more helpful.

Cons: We were a little disappointed in the restaurant compare stop our previous visit. We could the menu had changed and had become rather limited compared to last year when we thought it was very good.

Best value for money budget ski hotel I have ever found

Pros: This is the perfect answer for someone who wants value for money ski-in ski-out accommodation. The bedrooms are functional - don’t expect any luxuries - and perhaps a little tired, but entirely adequate for a ski trip. Public spaces have a bit more to them, creating relaxing and comfortable opportunities to enjoy meals and a quiet escape. Food was excellent for the price, sensibly avoiding an over-extensive dinner menu and a great variety of choices for breakfast. Staff were all very enthusiastic and keen to help us have an enjoyable holiday. The small spa offering (primarily sauna) was excellent.

Cons: Showers in bedrooms could be improved and updated, but not a major issue even considering their importance on a skiing holiday.

Great hotel

Pros: The staff were great, hotel in a great location, good food, and great views of the mountains.

Cons: Not the hotel's fault but gondola into town stops at 5, and a taxi there is expensive if you want to go out in evening.

Pros: This hotel was the highlight of all the nice hotels on my stay in the region. Thank you for a very pleasant stay. View to the mountains is overwhelming.

Calm place to enjoy Mont Blanc

Pros: Very nice and friendly staff, it felt like home. A great place to stay for summer hikes and to enjoy the beauty of Mont Blanc.

Comfortable hotel in a fantastic setting with the Alps all around.

Pros: Wonderful location with stunning views to Mont Blanc and surrounding mountains. Good sized swimming pool with plenty of sun beds all round. Lots of walks of varying difficulty right from the hotel.

Cons: Check-in is only allowed from 4pm with seemingly no discretion to check in earlier. We arrived at 3.15pm after 400 km drive and saw the receptionist but she said we had to go away and come back at 4pm. Very expensive breakfast at €19 per person. We chose to have it elsewhere so not sure if it was worth that much money.

Pros: The View The Pool The Karaoke The Crew Absolutely recommended! Staff look after the guests, we felt very welcome. Merci =)
