Excellent stay in St Gervais
Pros: The staff were super helpful, we arrived before the check in time but as our room was ready they happily let us in early and also store our bags on the day of departure. The location is great, a short walk to the gondola and close to many bars and restaurants. They also advised us to rent our ski gear from the store next door - Blanc Sports to which they gave us a discount!
Cons: Nothing - it was great

Loved the hotel and will certainly try booking again next time we visit Saint Gervais Les Bains
Pros: Charming interior. Relaxed and accommodating. Fabulous location and views
Cons: Plumbing a bit basic and seemed to struggle at peak times (May just be our room though)

I will be back
Pros: Perfect little family owned hotel in a central, yet quiet location. Characterful, warm and artsy. I loved the old building with hardwood floors. The owners are very kind and attentive. Perfect Savoyard hospitality.

Pros: Perfect location, wonderful staff, cosy rooms and lovely breakfast. Loved the books and lego models everywhere.
Cons: Our twin room had no door on the bathroom - not great for a non-couple sharing

Pros: Quirky, family run hotel in a central position. Welcoming and helpful, old and creaky building with bags of character. Clean & comfortable rooms. Fresh & tasty breakfast. Free, covered parking 200m away.
Cons: Old and pretty steep stairs and no lift to 3 floors above. Not an issue for us but maybe avoid if you have mobility issues.

Perfect place to stay when exploring or skiing this area. Great friendly, helpful hotel, would definitely recommend!
Pros: Lovely old hotel with lots of character. Bathroom was recently refurbished and it was lovely - there was a door, not a curtain as listed on Booking.com. Anne- Cecile and her family work very hard to make your stay perfect. Restaurant recommendations and bookings, taxi, train and bus information all given. Very good English spoken. Communication is excellent and the hotel is perfectly placed in the town with everything walkable, including the Bettex, although there is a free bus circulating the village to the Bettex telecabine every 15 minutes. Would recommend La Feline Blanche as a great place to stay. We would definitely return here again.
Cons: Nothing not to like here really. Our personal preference would be to have a small bar in the hotel although there are plenty in the town.

Fabulous hotel in a great location with amazing staff and ambience
Pros: What a find! Great place couldn’t be more central Loved the books Lego & LPs. Anne is so lovely. Very close to the free Carpark and free electric shuttle bus plus great restaurants nearby.
Cons: Carrying our bags up the creaky stairs to the top floor- but they added charm and character.
