Amazing stay! See you next year!

Pros: We stayed here one night at the start of our holiday and wished we were staying longer. Fun, friendly? we had the suite that slept 7 (one king bedroom, 2 x double nooks, 1 x single nook with a sitting room bathroom and full size packman game! The only thing I would change is a little coffee machine and small fridge / with water. See you next year! Well done to the restaurant team too, food was exceptional! Thank you for looking after us!

Cons: No coffee or water in the room (there's space to do it!)

Comfort, convenience and charm within minutes of the train, the tram and the cable car.

Pros: The upgrades and modernisations were excellent. In particular the restaurant has become very good thanks to a new kitchen and attracts customers from all over Le Fayet. One really has to book in advance these days. The location is fantastic with a railway (Lyon-Chamonix) a modern tram way (up Mont Blanc) and a cable car (above St Gervais) within minutes walk from the hotel.

Good hotel, close to Valleen lift, with nice hotel bar

Pros: With the new Valleen cabin lift that takes you from train station to super-saint-gervais, this hotel offers perfect weekend options for e.g. outings with CERN skiclub. In the typical grim Haute-Savoie town, without any bars, where everything closes at 19, the Plan B hotel bar was like an oasis to us. You can enjoy IPA from the tap until (officially) 22, or even 23.

Superb & funky hotel

Pros: Everything ! Location was perfect, the hotel is very modern & funky. The staff were welcoming & I had a minor mishap which they resolved in minutes, fantastic customer service. Breakfast was a good mix, discus’s especially the fresh orange juice machine Even the bar area has a modern & welcoming vibe Excellent value for money !!

Cons: Nothing, I would recommend it

Excellent location. Close enough, but not noisy or overcrowded. Much recommended if you have kids

Pros: Nice stuff, great location for ski, parking on the site, comfortable ground floor with many activities for kids, super tasty restaurant (but not breakfast)

Cons: Dirty floors in rooms, rooms super small, not in all rooms bathrooms are new, breakfast - not good, but great coffee

Pros: Grateful for wonderful staff. Lovely stay in a beautifully laid out building. Special thanks to Angel and the newish receptionist (dark hair, I think called Louise), made the effort to make my stay easy and nice, easing a small problem with dog and making me and my dog feel welcome.

Excellent Basic Hotel next to the train/bus station.

Pros: nice seating/lobby area. Very close to Le Fayet station. Excellent price/quality ratio. Would book again.

Cons: Beds were a bit small. But it did the job.
