Le Saint Gervais Hotel & Spa Handwritten Collection

Very enjoyable. Lovely hotel in a good location.

Pros: Breakfast was easy to navigate. Good selection and promptly served. Staff was excellent in every part of the hotel from reception, cleaning staff, bar tenders and dining room.

Cons: It was unfortunate that the leisure facilities weren't available.

Pros: We loved our time at this cozy hotel, rooms are spacious and with beautiful views to snowy hills, very close to Megeve and Chamonix. Breakfast was excellent as well. The hotel is steps from the very charming town centre with lots of local shops.

Pros: 10/10 stay in Saint-Gervais. Super comfortable room with amazing bedding, stylish space, and a great mountain vibe. Dinner at Avanti was a win (seriously good pizzas), and drinks at the Marie Paradis Bar — named after the first woman to climb Mont Blanc — were the perfect way to end the day. Easy access to slopes and thermal baths. Works just as well in winter as in summer. Would 100% come back.

Cons: Spa was unavailable due to a fire in the sauna - not the hotel’s fault of course!

Pros: Cozy room with a beautiful view of the high mountains. The restaurant for breakfast was large with a high roof. We could enjoy the relaxing jacuzzi as it is reserved. The hotel’s location was convenient because it was close to the tram station for Mont Blanc.

Cons: The furniture was not practical, such as a too-small table.

Wouldn’t hesitate in returning to Saint Gervais which is a lovely hotel in a central location with great food and lovely

Pros: Lovely friendly hotel, clean bedrooms and hotel general areas, nice pool and sauna area, atmosphere and food in the restaurant delightful. Great central location.

Cons: Nothing. Felt reception could have asked us if we wanted a spa treatment and to share information about the free lift to the thermal spa and local area. They were great when asked but could have been proactive.

Would definitely come again.

Pros: Just a short walk from the city center, which makes it very central but also not too noisy. The perfect English of the receptionists was great, and the fresh oven-baked pizza of the Avanti restaurant inside just amazing.

Cons: Complaining on a very high level, the desk was too tiny to fit a laptop even though there's enough space in the room. The beds could have been a bit larger.

Lovely town to stop off in. Good hotel.

Pros: Location was good, 2 min walk to the centre. Nice restaurant . Easy parking. Lovely bar lounge.

Cons: Staff on reception could be a bit more forthcoming and friendly, especially the young man.

Pros: The pool/ spa area were great and the room sizes were really spacious
