Pros: From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel extremely welcome and the atmosphere was excellent.

Pros: We had a great stay at the hotel and Sebastian is an exceptional host. The hotel is located in the heart of the village and is very clean and cosy, with easy access to the chairlift. Highly recommend!

Little gem of a hotel perfect location for the village and the ski bus to the telecabone.

Pros: Location is excellent. The person at the reception is exceptionally welcoming. He explained to us all the possible things we could do and gave is tips for restaurants and so on. There was a misunderstanding in the booking about having 2 individual beds and he accommodated our request very quick. A big thanks. The breakfast is also very good!

Cons: The bed was a bit too soft for my taste.

Pros: Very cozy room. The view is unbeatable. The delicious smell of breakfast drifts across the hotel in the morning. The owner is very friendly. One can tell that the hotel is managed with love and care.

Cons: No coffee in room. No shampoo, just shower gel. Pillows could be a bit more comfortable. But it‘s really nothing comparing to the whole vibe of the place!

Boutique Chalet hotel in the centre of town - Excellent !!

Pros: This boutique Hotel at the centre of St Gervais is excellent. It's a chalet style small family run hotel, 50 metres from the main square and restaurants and bars, but quiet location. The views from the back of the hotel are stunning, over a valley and up to the ski slopes and mountains. The rooms are not huge, but comfortable and have everything you need. The breakfast was excellent, and staff service was superb. This was the second time staying here, and it's consistently good.

Loved this gorgeous little hotel!

Pros: Perfectly central beautiful hotel with a fantastic staff/Manager. Gorgeous rooms, and restaurant/bar for breakfast and drinks. It’s down a side street off the village centre so quiet and cosy but also right in the heart of the village for restaurants and bars etc. we walked from the cable car which is about 15 minutes away but there is also a free electric shuttle bus running regularly right through the village. A perfect stay!

Good value, centrally located 100m from a ski bus stop

Pros: Breakfast was good buffet style, a bit expensive at €15 when you consider you could pop up the road for a coffee and pain au chocolate for €7 - friendly staff though, family run and if you wanted to go back time and again to the buffet you could

Cons: Nothing. Ski room was excellent too, place was great and we will return
