Beautiful, cozy and family friendly place.

Pros: The staff was lovely, the location was close to the train station which was quite handy to get to Chamonix town centre. I went there with my 8 year old she had an amazing time. The place is cozy and food is delicious, would recommend this is place 100%

Cons: The rooms were big and well lit. I like the staff was very accommodating and lovely. The food was nice and close to everything.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay and a very positive overall experience at this hotel. The atmosphere was welcoming, and everything was well organised from check-in to check-out. A special mention must go to Sigoning, who truly made our stay excellent. She was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to help. Sigoning was attentive to every detail and ensured we felt well looked after throughout our visit, which made a real difference to our experience. We would happily recommend this hotel to others and would not hesitate to stay again.

Pros: Excellent stay. Very good view of ALPS from the room and balcony. Nice room. We were in 216. It was a 4 bedded room with two toilets. We couldn't ask for more. Very nice room and services. We dinned on one evening and the food was really good. Overall, it was more than our expectation. If you have a car, this is the best place to stay.
