Fontaine du Mont Blanc Hotel & Spa

Pros: The rooms are very simple, but I think they are fair for the price asked. The hotel is positioned outside the village, but just outside the main road, which makes easy to reach Les Houches or chamonix with a car.

Pros: A very friendly team, warm and family friendly atmosphere, very close to the departure of the telecabine for the slopes, Clean and comfortable bedrooms. Great breakfast (especially the crepes :)) The wellness center was very nice and clean! The playroom was paradise for kids of all ages!

I felt so well taken care of in every aspect a guest could ask for.

Pros: The hosts went above and beyond, helping me out of a difficult situation purely out of kindness. You can expect genuinely warm, attentive service at this charming boutique hotel, complete with great cocktails, a sauna, a pool, and a gaming room. And if you’re lucky, you’ll get a truly special treat: hearing the owner play stunning live piano. It’s an amazing family running an amazing hotel in the midst of an amazing ski-area

Perfect location with Mont Blanc view, great alternative to Chamonix when travel by car

Pros: A very charming mountain hotel with a warm wooden structure and a cozy alpine atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and offer stunning views — even though we didn’t get a Mont Blanc view, the surrounding scenery was still breathtaking. The free on-site parking is a great bonus, especially if you're traveling by car. Bathrooms were clean, though a bit dated in style. The chalet-style rooms are spread over multiple floors, with an elevator up to the second floor and stairs to reach the top level. Breakfast was modest but sufficient to start the day. There’s a lovely terrace with a view of Mont Blanc, although seating is quite limited. The hotel also has a restaurant for dinner, but unfortunately, it requires a reservation in advance — even for hotel guests. Overall, a very good place to relax and enjoy the area, especially as an alternative to staying in Chamonix if you have your own car.

Great hotel with beautiful surroundings

Pros: Booked this hotel for a race in chamonix and everything was great - Comfortable room with a great views - good beds - free pool- sauna and kids playground .Breakfast also was simple but had everything needed - cold and warm food - value for money for that specific region.

Cons: A kids menu for dinner would have been great !

The staff were amazing, very accommodating and made the stay really enjoyable

Pros: Really nice personnel, the restaurant was really nice and good food with a good view. Really nice facilities as pool, sauna. 15 min walking to the train station and we got a free card for traveling to the Chamonix direction. The hotel is easy accessible with train, car

Cons: When it was hot outside the cooling system in the room wasn't sufficient enough. We had small windows with a high location in our room. The highway is near and you can hear the traffic even if it's not really disturbing.

Cosy Hotel with many facilities

Pros: - Super friendly staff - Lots of elaborate facilities (Spa, Cinema, Games room, etc.) - Cosy atmosphere

Cons: - Opening hours of the spa are very limited - Everything apart from the restaurant feels a bit aged and slightly neglected.

Very nice hotel

Pros: Staff was very friendly. You have all facilities you need for a week (pool, spa, games room, bar, etc) Good price. Nice breakfast.

Cons: The building and the furniture is old. The mattresses are kind of uncomfortable.
