Pros: All very pleasant. Staff friendly and cooperative.

Cons: Room was far too hot and seemed like whatever we did to the thermostat didn’t change it!

Nice place for family rest where I want to return soon

Pros: Very friendly staff, orientation for families with kids , cleanliness, excellent state of facilities, very nice breakfast, relative remoteness from Chamonix is mitigated by frequently available shuttles

Cons: Nothing. P.s. Please consider adding into the breakfast menu hot oatmeal porridge :)

Worked out very nicely overall!

Pros: The hotel was farther from the center of chamonix than we realized, but the hotel makes a great effort to provide shuttle service (included). Staff are very nice.

Cons: The food in the hotel was expensive and very mediocre. Also, there’s no food available to buy in the afternoon, and no stores or restaurants near the hotel, so you have to plan for that if you come in from the mountains, especially with kids. The rooms are basic but clean.

Super comfortable, clean. Great beauty products. Highly recommend it!

Pros: Everything! Young and dynamic atmosphere and decoration. After a day skiing it was amazing to go in the sauna and jump in the pool. Great experience will definitely come back!

Nice, clean hotel and friendly staff but disappointing dinner menu.

Pros: Very clean hotel! Comfortable and cosy rooms and lobby. Pool and spa facilities are good and clean, although that the pool water was a bit cold. Staff is friendly and helpful. The complimentary water and tea in the lobby and the sauna are very nice touch.

Cons: Food at restaurant did not meet our expectations. Breakfast has limited choice but it is acceptable. The pizza nights are great idea and pizzas are tasteful. However, the dinner card menu is not suitable for families with kids. There is noting in it a kid or a teenager would like. As an adult, it wasn't to my liking either. I get that the chef is probably trying to offer something different but this is the only restaurant in near distance and the menu should offer more universal choice. It is a shame that in the heard of the French Alps there is no even one French dish! Also, the size of the dishes is like a starter, yet the price is not. We would've had more than one night in the restaurant, if the food was good.

Excellent stay with very friendly staff !

Pros: The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The complimentary transport service to the city center was highly convenient. The facilities were well maintained and of high quality. Breakfast was excellent, offering a wide and well-prepared selection, and the room was spotless and very comfortable.

Great hotel with friendly staff and nice facilities near to chamonix

Pros: Pool a bit chilli for some but great for a dip after a gnarley session on the slopes. Sauna was nice, hotel was nicely decorated and felt very homely.

Cons: Some drivers in car park were not able to drive out in snow and should have been more prepparred or assited as it delayed our exit!

Overall good value, good location and facilities. Great staff, but some things to improve

Pros: Location Staff (made efforts to accomodate our 2 rooms next to each other) Spa facilities Breakfast choices Parking Great surprise on Jan 1st with chocolate and GameBoy gifts for the kids (very thoughtful-thanks) Charging stations available, but no charging cables available at property - our rental did not have the right charging cable

Cons: Improvement points: Rooms were too cold for our comfort expectation. We managed after a few days to get the temperature above 21 degrees celsius at the cost of having to endure the HVAC fans at high level during all night. Rooms design choice was not out taste (the blue painted walls) but I understand it is the brand identity The blue light in the pool area is exaggerated to mirror the hotel design - it does not have a relaxing effect There is no dress code at breakfast - people were coming in their pajamas all the time (disrespectful)

Fantastic family Christmas stay!

Pros: Great atmosphere, very welcoming staff. The spa was very clean and felt like new. The lounge area was very well decorated. Breakfast service was perfect, great food and drinks selection and good service. Great ski locker facilities and ski shop. Perfect for a family stay with entertainments and great playrooms for kids. I really liked the focus on the healthy food and dining even on the kids menu. The view was fantastic from the jacuzzi!

Cons: My only criticism was the restaurant a la cart menu. We tried a few main dishes during our stay. The quality was good, but the whole concept and choices wasn't great or it wasn't for our taste. The Christmas buffet was fantastic! Thank you!

Fun stay in beautiful accommodation under Mont Blanc

Pros: Breakfast was great with lots of choice. The pool table, the games machines and swimming pool were thoroughly enjoyed by everyone. Loved the free bottles of water which could be taken back to the room. Lots of little touches like this really made the stay. Staff were always helpful and friendly including in the ski shop. Rooms with a view of the ice capped mountains. We had a very cosy stay with lovely little surprises from Santa which were appreciated.

Cons: Because of the location - you need to take the car for dinner or bites outside of the hotel.
