Pros: Convenient location, relaxed feel. Kept very clean, breakfast was good.

Cons: The spa and shower was out of action during our stay.

Pros: Location was perfect, only 25 steps -literally- from bus station, Chamonix Sud. Room was more than big enough for three people with comfortable beds and pillows. Everyday cleaning was routine. The continental breakfast was delicious with several options.

Excellent family ski base.

Pros: Excellent location close to town and at the direct skibus start. Very helpful friendly staff. Spotless. Good sized rooms we had 3 single beds in ours. Great bar /restaurant area with bowling, pool, board games, children’s play space and plenty of armchairs. & even had an apres ski happy hour! Very tastefully designed and decorated. Would definitely stay again.

Cons: The room was quite warm we couldn’t figure out the heating.

Nice location and trendily staff however the breakfast menu and the beds need to be looked out

Good value for money

Pros: It's the second time we stayed. The location just beside the bus station was super convenient the first time we came, and overall we felt the value for money was quite nice. Breakfast is good and the bedrooms are spacious. This time we stayed in a bigger room and it was amazing, huge balcony and wonderful views to a white Chamonix from the bed!

Cons: The first time we came, our daughter was delighted with the bowling area and was super excited to play again and show it to the grandparents who came along this time. However, it was not operational the all weekend due to an event, which was quite disappointing. We also found the parking slightly expensive (25€) for just one night, especially as we had to take it out at 3pm and find an alternative for the rest of the afternoon. The entrance is super small and I could have never taken it out alone if it wasn't for a kind staff member who helped me out - very little space for manovering on the way out.
