Pros: fantastic stay great location great staff great breakfast

The perfect stay in Cham!

Pros: Central location, super friendly staff, rooms bigger than in most Chamonix hotels.

Pros: The bed was the comfiest I have ever stayed in - comfier than my own at home! Was lovely having the balcony overlooking Mont Blanc. The breakfast was lovely every morning. Most of the reception staff were really friendly and helpful. We managed to have a quick trip to the spa and those facilities were lovely and modern. They fixed the bath plug for us as soon as the issue was raised. The location was great in terms of having a ski shop attached to it for ski hire, being next to the bus stops and being a few steps away from the centre of town for all the bars and restaurants. It's a pretty hotel and would recommend anyone to stay there. It's also a nice touch that they had games in the reception/lounge area for kids and free sweets. The ski locker room was brilliant - biggest one I have seen. Also it was nice and quiet in the evenings which is what you want after a long day on the slopes..... a good night's sleep!

Cons: The only slight criticism was a lack of storage space in the room but to be honest for a couple we did make it work so was not as bad as we initially thought when we first arrived. We also had a slight issue with one of the receptionists who put us on the wrong side of the road on the bus to where we needed to be. May have been a slight miscommunication there. But overall I would stay at this hotel again and would recommend it.

Pros: Great hotel, it has all what you need … sauna, hamman, ski rent shop, restaurant, parking and great breakfast! Amazing price / quality

Great hotel in Chamonix

Pros: Hotel is ideally located in a quiet area in the center of Chamonix. Very clean and comfortable rooms with views of the Montblanc. Tea/coffee facilities were also available in the room. Great breakfast was served each morning. Staff were courteous, friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Cons: Nothing in particular. Just that there was no fridge in the room. Having one would have been appreciated.

Amazing time in Chamonix

Pros: The spa was amazing, the staff were lovely, the room was spacious and comfy and the location was perfect.

Cons: The only slight thing we found tricky was that the cleaners often wanted to clean our room at the end of the day.

Pros: The room was large with great view. Beds were comfortable. The lobby was very cozy.

Cons: Cleaners need to be more careful about putting guest stuff in their area after cleaning.

Pros: A very nice and comfortable stay, amazing views of Mont Blanc from the balcony and a lovely interior decoration of the room. The wellness area is pleasant, the sauna outside is a delight. The dinner at the restaurant was exceptional, both the buffet and à la carte. A special mention to the lovely staff at the restaurant and the reception, especially Jorge, who went out of his way to provide the most detailed information on the area.

We had a great time & would definitely stay again

Pros: Location was fantastic proximity wise to central Chamonix. The staff were lovely & the hotel is dog friendly.

Cons: An additional bar area would be great as the existing one is very small & part of the reception area.

Overall a good stay, with great staff (especially Kate) and an enjoyable few days away!

Pros: Great view of Mont Blanc and easy to walk into town.

Cons: All good but did leave a few suggestions like improving the labelling for allergens on the buffet items and perhaps consider coat hooks in the room for hanging coats etc. Oh and a slightly larger gym would have been appreciated!
