Pros: The staff, all the extras included such as hot drinks, sparkling water and children's treats.

Cons: That the children couldn't swim after 2pm

Pros: The location - in the city but far enough - next to the Aguille du midi lift

Cons: You had to book a parking space which was not clear on the site period. Nevertheless there was a parking space across.

Good location with kids, good choice to stay.

Pros: Comfortable rooms and convenience of ski hire in hotel. Friendly cleaning and reception staff. Lovely spa area. Location good. The free crèpes and mulled wine or hot apple juice in reception for après ski over the weekend was a nice touch!

Cons: Drop off area outside has limited space - when we arrived there was a bus taking it up and our wheelchair accessible van therefore slightly stuck out and obstructed the ski bus on the narrow access road- needless to say this caused some upset. We had no option but to park there to unload, as our son is wheelchair dependent, and the the van was over height for the hotel car park. This luckily was not a problem during r the rest of our stay. The other minor complaint was the lack of restaurant availability - definitely need to book a few days in advance if you didn’t take the half board option! We ate there on our last night - very enjoyable meal but the options were very limited for vegetarians/ vegans- an issue which is frequently a problem in French restaurants

Pros: Location was great, staff was amazingly helpfull and kind. The whole ground floor very nicely arranged to let people relax and be together. Rooms big and comfortable. Very nice spa. Good restaurant. What else could you expect?

Excellent and comfortable stay, with a great wellness experience. Also great location.

Pros: Spa and cocktail bar were great! Main restaurant was great as well. Underground parking is also valuable in the snowy conditions. Ski shop part of the hotel is amazing as well, as was the ski shop staff.

Cons: Attic room has a very low ceiling, also in the shower, which means you can't stand up in the shower unless you're about 1m50 tall.

Pros: really helpful staff, free coffee / hot chocolate machine, ski storage , great dinner options , free crepe stand at the weekend was a wonderful touch, nice spa . amenities were great

Cons: would love for the Breakfast buffet to have more options. whilst this hotel is great for the viewpoint & offpiste gondala access, you need to get a bus to the gondolas for the piste access, but this is the case with a lot of Chamonix.
