Great hotel

Pros: Lovely modern hotel in a good central location. Free hotel ski shuttle bus and close to the local ski bus stop

Cons: Had to chase down additional toilet rolls

Great location, very stylish accommodation and fantastic value for money.

Pros: Great location and the staff were so friendly and always happy to help us.

Cons: It was a shame the restaurant wasn’t open.

Pros: Clean, modern, great staff and facilities. Hotel shuttle bus to the télécabine. Two-bedroom suite with self-catering facilities perfectly suited our family ski trip.

Great hotel in samoens

Pros: Everything was great, location in samoens, free shuttle service to the gondola, stuff is super, the show with the singer was great also - keep doing it! :)

Cons: The shower stream was really bad but I'm not sure if it's the same in all rooms.. And breakfast is not good value for money - poor breakfast Lobby real food menu should be added as well.

Lovely hotel for a family ski trip

Pros: Great location right in the middle of the village. Just minutes from all the restaurants and bars. Very familt friendly even with a friendly hotel dog. Free shuttle that takes you to the lift, the room was extremely comfortable, and the hotel is clean , modern. The kids loved the hames room to burn some energy.

Cons: Restaurant was not open, which would have been nice to have as an option

Fantastic!

Pros: Everything was great, from the staff to the cleanliness and the overall location was central to everything in Samoens. The spa facilities were excellent!

Cons: Nothing.

Best value for the price that you can get in that region I believe.

Pros: This place is 10/10. From the moment I entered the reception there was an amazing smell of the place which was very pleasant. Receptionist was extremely kind (Anne-Sophie was her name). Place was very clean, well maintained and amazing location. It is very obvious that the manager of this hotel is doing an excellent job, you could sense that from hotel staff and the level of facilities.

Loved it, it's a really relaxed hotel and very friendly. Easy access to everything in Samoen.

Pros: The hotel exceeded our expectations, the staff were so friendly and helpful with all of our requests - booking/recommending restaurants, room requests. Our rooms were together and a really good size, lots of storage and a balcony. They had an excellent system for our rooms together (I don't know if this is the same for all rooms) - there is one door which leads to a hallway and then the two rooms are either side of the hallway. We were then able to lock the main door and have the two bedroom doors unlocked. The facilities were really good - pool, hot tub, gym (good but not excellent), communal areas, car park. The hotel is right in the village so it's easy to go out. We really enjoyed our 3 nights there.

Cons: There wasn't a bar/cafe available that we could see so couldn't get a coffee, tea or pre dinner drink. We didn't ask at reception so you may be able to get this. The road was right outside our windows and it was very quiet during the night but could be a bit noisy first thing in the morning. This didn't really bother us but next time I would request a room higher up and on the other side of the hotel.

Loved it!!

Pros: We stayed in the family room with a kitchen, that was really good. The location is great, the facilities are great, pool, gym, saunas, cold plunge, spa and a sensory shower, so cool!!

We had a fantastic trip and would love to return another year.

Pros: We ordered pastries and collected them in the morning at 7.30am. This service worked well for us. Added bonus of a lift to the ski lift and back. Really good ski and boot storage area. Pool and spa area fabulous too at the end of a ski day.

Cons: Maybe a few plates, bowls, cutlery and glasses in the room but understand we did not pick a room with a kitchen. I had taken some things with us to use for breakfast so was ok.
