Throughly enjoyed the mix of skiing, hotel and village.

Pros: Lovely hotel, friendly staff, clean room, great breakfast, and we loved the swimming pool. Really close to close to a a ski bus stop, and such a short walk from the village.

Cons: Couldn't work out how to get the water running on the slide in the pool

Relaxing week with excellent food

Pros: Good facilities and lots of different areas with character. Well maintained

Cons: Slightly too far to walk to town for my 83 yr old mother but we knew that when we booked. But all the facilities and food is so good there . She wanted to stay there and it is her second visit

Perfect location just a short walk from Samoen village, quiet and very homely.

Pros: Room was a good size with a wrap-around balcony. Plenty of storage. The bathroom was very well equipped, a large bath with overhead and spray shower were excellent. Breakfast and dinner were superb.

Cons: The toilet was very tight to enter and close the door.

Pros: I absolutely the love the charm of this hotel, there are so many notes back to the original hotel and how Samoens used to be. The hotel decor in general is chintzy but I love it! The rooms are modern, clean and well equipped. The breakfast was really varied and fresh with home-made jams. A short walk into the town centre. We book this place every time for it's charm, friendly welcome and great location!

Overall very pleasant.

Pros: Great hotel and annex, the location is very central with only a few minutes walk to the beautiful town center. Our studio apartment was spacious enough, the kitchen area was brand new with all the necessary to cook, the bathroom was spacious, the bed wide and comfortable, the balcony in a L shape with 2 sun loungers , a small table and 2 chairs. The hotel facilities were satisfying with a special note going to the basement Jacuzzi, sauna and steam room area and the indoor and outdoor swimming pool area. The breakfast was a self service operation with a very nice selection.

Cons: The gym is only available from 9am and extremely small, located on the 1st floor between bedrooms. The hosts could do with more friendliness as they are a bit abrupt and cold. The restaurant prices seemed a bit expensive.
