Excellent location and brilliant hotel with decent size rooms and great leisure area.

Pros: Spotlessly clean pool areas and rooms - high specification and I could not think of anything that was missing apart from maybe a dishcloth or tea towel for the kitchenette,

Great apartment and also leisure facilities

Pros: A great property with good facilities and none of the downsides of a hotel.

Cons: Although there was a bar it missed out on the opportunity to create atmosphere and missed being a social hub. Otherwise everything else was excellent.

Comfy and modern appartmant perfect for 4 to 6 people

Pros: Very comfortable and well adapted to 6 people. The kitchen was modern, with majority of utilities included; the cleaning kit with dishwasher capsules was a very nice touch. The staff was very helpful and the fact that you can order bread for breakfast makes it really convenient.

Cons: The sofa bed, in particular the mattress were a bit dirty.

Comfortable chalet with great amenities and friendly staff, but extremely unreliable WiFi.

Pros: The chalet was very comfortable, had everything we need and the staff is super friendly. We didn't expect to have 2 bathrooms so that was great. The location is beautiful and there's even a free shuttlebus to and from the slopes.

Cons: There was no WiFi whatsoever at our chalet (A8). Or at least no longer than 5 minutes. We couldn't do any work let alone stream anything.

Pros: Dans l'ensemble ça va la gentillesse de la gouvernante très sympa efficace.

Cons: La réceptionniste du matin pas aimable continu de travailler sur son ordinateur sans même vous regardez j'ai demander deux pastilles de lave vaisselles refus immédiat au prix où on paye lamentable et le prix d'une semaine pour un chien pas donner la télé ne fonctionne pas tous le temps on s'est vu des matins sans télé pas terrible.

Pros: Superbe hôtel et résidence Moderne classe et propre Superbe SPA piscine jacuzzi sauna hammam salle de sport Il y a une navette privé de l’hôtel qui vous dépose au pied du télécabine pour les pistes et qui vous reprend sans attente au petit soin

Très bon séjour ski à proximité grâce a la navette et repos dans une piscine sauna hammam très propre comme l appartemen

Pros: La propreté des appartements ainsi que des infrastructures piscine hammam sauna , la qualité de celles ci . Le système de navette toute la journée qui vous emmène aux pistes . L accueil avec un feu de cheminée très agréable . La vue des chambres sur les montagnes

Pros: Calme, literie de très bonne qualité, emplacement et vue depuis la terrasse, espaces spa et fitness très qualitatif, spacieux et très propres.

Magnifique. J'y retourne en hiver.

Pros: Tout = Un niveau de luxe inoui....une propreté parfaite. La piscine est super sympa a utiliser surtout quand il pleut dehors. Digne d'un hotel de haut de gamme comme on peut en trouver à Dubai. Garage a l'interieur du batiment et il y a suffisament de place pour ne pas devoir manoeuvrer pendant 2 heures pour se parquer.

Cons: rien....tout était impeccable. Peut etre qu'un four micro onde aurait pu completer les ustensiles de cuisine....
