Greate escape!

Pros: Staff ws amazing, one of the best we encountered in many years. Cozy rooms, gym, spa area. Ski lift 100 meters. Hotel managed ski rental, ski instructor, ski passes, taxis, reservations, fast and effective.

Cons: Food. My wife is lactose and glutein intolerant, and basicaly there was nothing to eat for her.Gourme restaurant was a disaster, Bistro staff extremely friendly but food is below mediocre. Need to plan ahead and book places to eat in closest towns. Impossible to gey any protein.

Perfect days in the snow!

Pros: Very nice and attentive staff, excellent location, excellent service, excellent food.

Cons: Temperature control in the room was difficult, it was very high tech so it was difficult to cool the room down for the night.

Pros: The location is slightly remote which is great for mountain view and hiking options, the dinner options within walking distance are limited. Luckily the in house restaurant and the related restaurant on the opposite side of the street offer very good food. Breakfast is wonderful. The spa is a bit on the small side, but well equipped. Personnel is the real asset here, so nice and helpful. Indeed the parking garage even is a great space in itself. The hotel room is very cosy with an impressive view. Will come again.

Cons: The hotel was everything we really wanted. I'm not a big fan of lounging in a spa, so that aspect I can't compare really, but it was quite busy and small for the amount of users.

Pros: The staff was extremely professional, and after our small claim we even received a wonderful upgrade. Their handling of the situation was truly impressive. It’s a real pleasure to experience service delivered at such a high level.

Cons: I have the elctrical car and I asked for the full charge as I am not from the nearby, but the car was not fully charged...it caused the issue on the way back...

Perfect stay

Pros: The staff were wonderful, so friendly and helpful, we were really well looked after. Breakfast was great, spa was fab, great hikes close to the hotel. Room and facilities very comfortable, we loved our stay

A hidden gem in a lovely location, with breathtaking views!

Pros: Everything, from the car park (really!) to the SPA, everything was thoroughly developed to the utmost detail.

Cons: Nothing, literally nothing!

Pros: This hotel exceeded expectations in every way. The staff were exceptionally helpful and courteous, the breakfast was outstanding, and the views from the room were simply breathtaking. Choosing this hotel was undoubtedly the best decision.
