We were upgraded to a chalet after booking a standard double room and it was amazing! Lovely staff great place to stay.

Pros: Great bar, good location to get into chamonix centre by bus or train. Staff great.

Great stay and would come again.

Pros: Lovely 4 night stay March. Upgraded on arrival to family room for myself and my teenage son. Staff were helpful and friendly. Brilliant location for those wanting to Ski (Flegere). Literally a 5 min walk.

Cons: Breakfast was expensive at €21 each. Not much choice so only tried once.

Pros: It’s a great place with a convenient location for the affordable price. It has a wonderful dining room with non-expensive breakfast and the beautiful and cozy lounge room. The room itself is clean, comfortable, has all the necessary amenities.

Lovely hotel

Pros: A very nice hotel, rooms are cozy and super clean. I had a room with a Mountain View and it didn’t disappoint at all! It’s also very easy to get to and from Chamonix by the city bus

Would recommended

Pros: The hotel itself is in a great location. The nearby free car park wasn't clear to us at first but it was easy to find once directed by the receptionist. The lady at reception spoke English which we found really helpful and she was very friendly. The room was a decent size, the bed was exceptionally comfortable with nice pillows. It was a bonus that the room had a bath and the toilet was separate to this. The room was quite modern and had plenty of character. It exceeded our expectations and we thought it looked nicer than the pictures online.

Cons: Note that the rooms on the top floor are up some very steep stairs, so wouldn't be suitable for those with mobility issues. This is made clear on the listing (and didn't impact us) but if in doubt I'd recommend booking a room on the lower floor. The room was clean overall but I did notice a few hairs in the bathroom (easy to miss when cleaning).

Beautiful view

Pros: The room isn't very spacious, but it's sufficient. I loved that it had a bathtub and a beautiful view of the Alps. The breakfast was very good, with lots of options at the buffet. The staff was very friendly and the location was great, close to the bus station to go to Chamonix.
