A marvellous stay

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at the Excelsior ! The staff were very friendly and cheerful. The room was spacious with a view of Mont Blanc and the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast in front of the spectacular mountains, which included local products and offered a wide choice. We will definitely be back.

I loved coming to Charmonix Mont Blanc and in general Excelsior. It was a new abd swell time for me

Pros: I loved where the excelsior was located . A nice view to one of the mountain. A six minutes walk to the Les Tines bus stop and train station making it easy for commuting. The staff were very helpful with some requests I made. Also loved ski rental service making it very convenient to hire a ski gear.

Cons: I would have loved for there to be a provision of hand wash, which I didn’t have in my bathroom.

Very comfortable, easy reach to lifts

Pros: Good facilities, having ski rental in the hotel itself is a definite plus. Friendly staff and very clean.

Pros: Location to bus stop was ideal. We also walked a few times into centre and Les Praz… 25 minutes to les praz and another 30 minutes to centre. Hotel were helpful for sure and it was comfy. Good breakfast!

Cons: Water and coffee every day would have been a quick win. Not sure why it isn’t topped up to be honest!
